I picked up these rechargeable LED light sticks to use with my grandkids while camping and for trick-or-treating at Halloween, and they’re absolutely perfect. They give off a beautiful, bright glow that’s easy to see in the dark and fun for kids to use. I love that they’re USB rechargeable, making them an eco-friendly alternative to disposable glow sticks. Getting it out, you get the sticks and a charging cable. I got them all charged up, installed the app, and gave them to the kid. The app is a bit fiddly, but once you figure out what’s going on, it works. She had fun running around the house with them and used one for her night light at bedtime. All in all, the kid enjoyed it, so I’m happy with them.
Bargain –
The overall fun with these is worth your purchase. So many usage options come to mind… parties or events, special effects lighting for shows, photos, or video, or just regular plain fun. Video shows a little bit of how the app works and some of the features. You’ll also see in the photos that there is a dark line in the back of each that we’re assuming is the actual LED strip. too bad that couldn’t have been suspended in the middle of the tube to prevent the dark line… but it’s not the end of the world. The whole wand/stick is just under 17 inches long, and the part that actually lights up is just over 13 inches long.
So far we are still enjoying them on the original charge after several uses, so battery life seems to be pretty good.
one feature we’d like to see is the ability to pick which colors they switch between in the “3 colors” and “7 colors” option under “dynamic” in the app. Maybe that’s an update coming later.
Overall lots of great option and love the fact that they can be controlled remotely through the app.

I bought these mostly to add some fun lighting for videos and parties and they’ve been a lot of fun to play with. The colors are really bright and there are a ton of options in the app. Music sync actually works and reacts way better than I expected. They’re battery powered which makes them easy to move around without worrying about outlets. I’ve used them for TikTok style videos, small get togethers, and even outside while camping. The mesh app was easy to set up and didn’t feel confusing. Battery life has been solid and lasts long enough for an evening without issues. I like that you can change colors and effects quickly from your phone. The sticks feel lightweight but not cheap. For mood lighting or background effects these do exactly what they’re meant to do. They’re not meant to light up a whole room, but they add a really cool vibe. For the price, this 2 pack is a fun and useful lighting setup.

I had one of the earlier TakThree sticks before this set, so I already knew these lights were impressively bright and had great battery life for their size. This new two pack keeps all of that and adds the nice bonus of mesh control, which makes them even more useful for live streaming, parties, or ambient room lighting. They are lightweight and easy to wave around or position, and the 1200 mAh batteries have no trouble getting through longer sessions without constantly hunting for a charger.
The biggest improvement for me is that the app is now in the official app stores instead of only being available through sideloading, which always felt like a security concern. Being able to install the app the normal way and get updates directly from the store makes the whole system feel much more polished and trustworthy. Once connected, the app gives you a lot of control over color, brightness, and effects, and the music sync mode is a blast for TikTok clips or DJ style setups.
The lights themselves are awesome and very straightforward to use even without the app. The built in controls let you get up and running quickly, and they are plenty bright for nearly all the use cases I have tried, from accent lighting on camera to colorful background fill and party vibes. Overall this set takes everything I liked about the original and makes it easier, safer, and more flexible to use, which makes it an easy five star recommendation.

I bought these for a music festival and they were honestly one of the best things we brought. The colors are super bright and look amazing in a crowd at night. The music sync feature actually works pretty well and makes the lights react to the beat which is really fun during live shows.
The app is simple to use and changing colors during the concert was easy. Battery lasted the whole night without needing to recharge. Definitely planning to bring them to the next festival.
